Mag's update

It's been a long time from my last post... (反而在美國上班比較有空寫blog)

最近很忙，自從七月在總公司開完會後，就開始kick-off第三季最大的案子 (這邊就不方便說了)。又開始每天加班到半夜的日子...再加上客戶那邊在八月初幾乎換新人進來，扣掉幫客戶教育訓練以及trouble shooting的時間後，剩下的工作只好晚上弄完了。

這個新案子美國老大給的壓力很大阿....甚至放話說本公司可以不賺錢但是這案子一定要如期完成。哇靠，我跟小老闆可以說每天汲汲營營 (阿...怎麼忙都不會變瘦) 。終於這個案子已經進入final階段了，感謝主。

除了工作之外，最近的這幾週都會去參加主日，上禮拜還跟阿香&小英一起去 (還有口愛的思岑....好命的小孩阿)。好像很久沒有高中姐妹的聚會耶.....有看到的人提意見看看想去哪唄..

The best thing about going back to home office is the team outing. Our papa, Jon, knows all the great restaurants in the town and this time we were in Axel's Steakhouse, Chanhassen (http://www.axelsbonfire.com/axels/Location.cfm?idx=99)

The stake here.....yummy....I could say it's the best stake I've ever had by far! But the price is also very expensive. There are 7 of us and we spent $460 total.....

Well, I'm back to Minnesota home office for the 2nd QBR, it's been finished smoothly but to be honest....meeting is normally boring and a lot of blah blah blah....

It's such a pity I couldn't join Roberto's wedding on April 22, due to my biz trip in the US. It was like I'm in American, and south American is just beside me but I couldn't reach my friends in Chile >_<

Well even tho I couldn't join Rob & Javi's wedding, still my best wishes for them. I will definitely visit Chile one day and see you guys.

Our Yen flew to Cal

Many people might probably think that I must have many many friends because what I do for work and my personality. Somehow the more people you know, you will find out there are really few friends can really into your life that you care about each other. Luckily I still have many :-)



These are my sisters from high school, we have known each other for over a decade, we till now we are still very close to each other. Yen flew to the US yesterday morning, but I never worry about not to see her often. My friends are very important to my life so I will spend my time to be with them even they are far away from me, such Ann....we meet each other often and she works in Singapore (we will meet again this end of month again, Hope will go with me too).

Best luck for Yen, you will be just fine and have wonderful time in California! And friendship FOREVER!

First weekend in Twin Cities, MN

Man...what a fulfill bis trip. I average work for about 10 hrs per day since I'm in headquarters office. So during the weekend, me and my boss decided to visit some famous spots, as our reward of hard working for 5 days in a row..

This is one of the lake in uptown Minneapolis, there are more than 10,000 lakes in Minnesota state, I also have a lake beside my hotel, but it's too small so my colleague said it's just a pond ....


The other big lake in Wayzata, it's so big and people do sailing in this lake too.


A famous spot in Minneapolis called Minnehaha....and we was expected it's going to be a spectacular waterfall....but.....whatever!

This....is the biggest mall I've ever been.....I spent an afternoon and just go around quarter of it. These is a theme part in it. I think it might be the place for people in twin cities to spend time in during the 8-months-snowing-winter

Alrighty....time to get back to work!

Now here is my new office seat, actually it's my 2nd week in the office and it's kinda mass already. That's why I need to take photos to memorize when my desk is still organized, since it's gonna to become horribly mass after probably a month......

Amazing Arrangements

New life in DR is great!! 雖然開始才第三天，我還是希望能越快上手越好。公司的同事都很棒又好相處又有趣。重點是，本公司的Wii gaming room..真是太人性化啦。工作之餘玩一玩Wii...讚!

新公司的大老闆也是基督徒耶....一切都這麼剛好，果然是祂的安排

記得我前公司XCome的老闆曾經告訴我，我的離開也許是上帝的意思。
結果，就在我離開的第一天，XCome的大老闆們就發現我之前的直屬老闆，已經很長一段時間在外面幫另一間公司工作。最可惡的事情是那間公司跟XC是同性質的競爭者。他利用XC的資源同時幫兩家公司做事賺兩次薪水。真是太可惡了.......

就在4/2當天，XC把他fire掉.....我不禁想起.....或許我的離開真的是上帝的安排....

New Job offer

感謝上帝

在過去這一個月，跑了大大小小的面試。trust me....相同的自我介紹的台詞一個禮拜要講至少三次....中英文都有喔。終於在今天確認了下一個工作了。好高興阿。

下一個工作將會到市區去上班了，是一間美商公司，福利好自然不在話下，薪水我也非常滿意。Again...thanks for God cuz he takes care everything for me and make thigns went smoothly.

另外要感謝家人男友的支持，還有詩雁 (我這次有守規矩了) 及眼睛小姐的代禱及祝福。

不過現在又有另一件事情，我現在的公司老闆們用盡方法希望我不要離職......現在這家公司老闆跟我合作一值都很愉快，不過真的，要離職不會是單一原因影響，希望上帝繼續看顧讓我的離職過程能夠一切順利。And....peaceful

不過現在景氣真的是不太好，有時候想想我運氣真的太好了，因為有同是開啟履歷表後遲遲沒有面試機會......我是排到滿。而且在一個月之內就確認新工作。這除了上帝的照顧，當然自身的努力跟面試技巧都是很重要低。

As you know, I'm pretty much like alcoholic sometimes haha. And i felt that my dearest colleagues didn't get enough fun and drink during the Wei-ya party last month, so I decided to hold another party and have some fun. In order to feed all the engineers so we went to a spicy hot pot place...ALL you can eat!!

My Valentine

On the day of V-day morning, I was in the tea room getting my coffee and all the sudden the reception lady asked me to come out and sign for the big flower gift. Oh my gosh, I was shocked because it's really huge!!!!!!! There are 99 roses and it's a surprise from my boy friend. Such a sweet guy isn't he? Please refer the pix.......and you will understand I had been asked by all of my colleagus all day long.



It was a huge surprise cuz I thought my bf is kinda anti-romantic guy haha. But then I was so happy to receive this special surprise!!

Me, myself and I

Recently there are lots things happened to me, and sometimes things just make me confused.

But also I found out that, if things cannot go well or smoothly. Sometimes you have to have brave to let it go. Althoght it's hard and difficult but there is one thought in my mind that I always love myself more.

Roberto's wedding invitation

I always said that Roberto is probably the coolest guy in the world....he really rocks, can play drum so professional and then really smart. And the great thing is that he is gonna get married in April.

This is Roberto's Rock band "Hastatus" 2006 concert! Super!!!!!


When last week Roberto MSN me like "big-things-happened", and I was guessing maybe he's made his mind this time. I knew this cuz he mentioned this to me several times he will probably propose to his lovely girlfriend. I'm soooooo happy to know they finally get married, they are so super for each other.

And yet, Roberto and Javiera invite me to their wedding in Chile...oh gosh......I think most of my friends know how much I so wanna go Latin America and it is a great opportunity to go.

Tugba said that she is for sure will go, and now I only hope that when the time come everything can be set perfectly, the time especially that I can really go South America.
